We promote the availability of credit to all creditworthy applicants, without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract). Additionally, we promote the availability of credit to all creditworthy applicants, without regard to the fact all or part of the applicant's income is derived from a public assistance program; or to the fact that the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
We will also notify applicants of action taken on their applications as well as provide a copy of the appraisal report in connection with dwelling-secured credit transactions. The action taken notification will be provided by mail within 30 days after receiving a completed or incomplete application or within 90 days after notifying you of a counteroffer if you do not expressly accept or use the credit offer.
