Information Request by Borrower Under Regulation X
To assert a written request for information on your loan, you must provide the following information to us:
- Name of borrower
- Information that enables identification of the mortgage loan account
- A detailed description of the information requested
This information must be on a separate sheet of paper, not on your coupon book or other payment device. A request for a payoff balance is not considered a request for information.
